The Detroit Branch NAACP, Booker T. Washington Business Association and Detroit Black Chamber of Commerce will host a press conference on Saturday, December 15, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. at the Hotel St. Regis, 3071 W. Grand Blvd, Detroit. This newly formed collaborative, together with the participating Detroit area business associations and merchants, will kick off the "Buy in Detroit" Holiday Campaign with Mayor-Elect Kwame Kilpatrick.
