NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2001
L-3 Communications (NYSE:LLL) announced that it has acquired the defense business of Bulova Technologies for approximately $44 million in cash.
L-3 Communications expects the acquisition to add approximately $55 million of sales and be slightly accretive to its earnings in 2002.
