LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- PetQuarters, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: PDEN) announced today that it had signed a definitive agreement with E-Tile, Inc., a newly formed California corporation to provide website development, hosting, and fulfillment services out of its Hazleton, PA facility in exchange for cash and equity in the private company.
E-tile, Inc., a subscriber based business-to-business company, will create a database of tile and stone images on its website from a broad range of manufacturers.
