BRITAIN'S funniest joke was revealed yesterday by scientists investigating the psychology of laughter.
Around 100,000 people were asked to submit and rate jokes as part of a massive experiment called Laughlab.
From a collection of 10,000 jokes, one about Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson emerged the clear winner, with a top rating from 47 per cent of those taking part.
