You wouldn't expect to find someone like Chris Mahne in the incense-tinged air of the chic YogaFit studio in Hermosa Beach, Calif. But the big, buff 35-year-old software entrepreneur and ex-collegiate wrestler from nearby Marina del Rey, who rides a Lifecycle and pumps weights at least three times a week, is a believer in power yoga. "As a guy who's tried it all--Spinning, tai chi, rubber-band training--I find this to be an exceptional workout, stress reliever and complement to my normal program," he says. "Not to mention a great way to meet women."
