PULLMAN, Wash., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- As Eastern European nations struggle towards establishing a free market economic system, some agricultural economists say the question of a free market system for American farmers will be a major issue in the debate over the 1990 farm bill, according to Washington State University (WSU).
