Crisis of Philosophy
During the past twenty-eight years, I have taught high school English in four different public schools in three different states. I enjoy my job, now more than ever before. I appreciate the dignity and the individuality of teenagers. The students I encounter at this critical age are developing interests and values that can make or break the quality of their entire lives. I want, more than anything else, to be a catalyst that stimulates their intellectual pursuits and allows them a glimpse of what they can realize and actualize.
