What is Life's Real Bottom Line?

As an educator who works as a teacher and administrator in both a public and a private school, I frequently find myself reflecting upon both the benefits and the frustrations found in the two settings. Most of the benefits relate directly to work with students and teachers; the frustrations tend to relate to politicians, schools of education, and societal attitudes that are peripheral to what occurs daily in the classroom.
