ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. -- The teen-age daughter of Master Sgt. Jefferson ''Donnie'' Davis, one of three Green Berets killed earlier this month in Afghanistan, is angry about his death but proud of him.
''There are no words to express how I feel right now,'' Christina Davis, 14, wrote in an open letter displayed near her father's flag-draped casket at his funeral Tuesday.
''Sadness and anger mostly fill my mind,'' she wrote. ''But I am also the proudest daughter in the world. God couldn't have ever given me a better father.''
