Columbia ParCar Corporation recently announced that it has successfully completed the application and submission process to qualify for zero-emissions credits issued to certified vehicle manufacturers for each zero-emissions vehicle (ZEV) sold and registered in the state of California.
"Approval is pending and we fully expect to receive certification from the California Air Resources Board (CARB) by January 1, 2002," said Columbia president Todd Sauey.
