SALES of traditional toys such as Barbie dolls and pogo sticks have outsold the latest Harry Potter merchandise, says supermarket giant Asda. It has sold 500,000 pogo sticks in the run-up to Christmas.
Harry Potter is still hugely popular and has been a leading line at rival Marks & and Spencer which has also witnessed a penchant for children's dressing-up clothes.
