Dec. 21--HERLEY SHAREHOLDERS TO MEET IN BOSTON: Herley Industries Inc. has set its annual meeting of shareholders for Thursday, Jan. 10, in Boston's Le Meridien Hotel.
Lancaster-based Herley said the 9 a.m. meeting will including electing directors, voting on other issues, reviewing the company's results and discussing its future prospects.
Herley alternates its annual meeting between Lancaster, New York and Boston to make the session accessible to shareholders.
