Dec. 23--HIGH POINT, N.C.--A business dispute involving the co-owners of the High Point Enterprise has been settled by the withdrawal of a civil lawsuit by Paxton Media Group of Paducah, Ky.
Paxton officials said Friday in a news release that the company will ask the Guilford County Superior Court to dismiss its lawsuit against the High Point Enterprise, company President Randall Terry and Enterprise board of directors member Charles Odom.
Both parties, by mutual agreement, chose not to comment further on Paxton Media's decision to withdraw its lawsuit.
