Dec. 24--SOUTH JERSEY INDUSTRIES INC., a Folsom, N.J., energy-services holding company, has promoted Edward J. Graham to executive vice president and chief operating officer from vice president. He will continue to serve as president of South Jersey Energy, a subsidiary.
David A. Kindlick has been named vice president, treasurer, and chief financial officer. He was also promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer of South Jersey Gas, another subsidiary. He had been treasurer and senior vice president of finance and rates.
