Weyerhaeuser Co., of Federal Way, Wash., which has been trying to buy its smaller rival, Willamette Industries Inc. of Portland, Ore., for more than a year, has received early termination of the antitrust waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
