Diageo (UK) and Pernod Ricard (France) that acquired Seatgram worldwide, agreed to incorporate within six months the assets of Seagram Argentina that posted US$47.8mil in 2000. Diageo is represented in Argentina by the beverages company Cinba, that has the winery Navarro Correas, and now incorporates the wine brands San Telmo, and Cuesta del Madero. The Bodegas Bianchi winery, that is dedicating the US$5mil Tower Inn & Suites hotel in San Rafael, will be kept under Seagram's management over the next six months.
