* This really sucks Since 1995, when American astronomers discovered that galaxy IC 2560 harbored a water megamaser, a research group led by Nakai Naomasa at the Nationalm Astronomical Observatory (NAO) has been using the 45-meter radio telescope in Nobeyama, Nagano to observe the physical processes occurring at the galaxy's core. In August, the group presented near-conclusive evidence for the existence of a super-massive black hole in IC 2560's active galactic nucleus.
