Continuing a three-decade tradition of welcoming the New Year from Times Square, dick clark productions, inc. (Nasdaq:DCPI) will produce three television specials beginning December 31, 2001 and extending into January 1, 2002. America's New Year's Greeter, Dick Clark, will host three and one-half hours of programming.
