LAS VEGAS -- The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) in association with Las Vegas Events (LVE) is presenting a spectacular New Year's Eve fireworks show, billed as "America's Party: Las Vegas New Year 2002." This year's display, which has been assigned the theme "A Star-Spangled New Year," will serve as a finale to the destination's traditional special entertainment, events and festivities that surround Dec. 31.
