Appraisal Institute Past President Kenneth L. Nicholson, SRA, of Overland Park, Kan., will serve as the 2002 Chair of The Appraisal Foundation's Board of Trustees and Brent Palmer, MAI, of Bellevue, Wash., will serve as assistant treasurer. Other Foundation Board officers for 2002 include: Mary B. McCarter of Portland, Ore., vice-chair; Jay Fishman of Bryn Mawr, Penn., secretary; Peter Clark of Vancouver, British Columbia, Assistant Secretary; and James B. "Nardie" Vine of San Antonio, Tex., treasurer. Andrew Peressin, MAI, SRA, of Wichita, Kan., will retire from the Board of Trustees on December 31, 2001.
