Vevey, Switzerland-headquartered Nestle will neither confirm nor deny that it is in negotiations with Germany's Sudzucker to acquire the 65% interest Sudzucker holds in the Nurnberg-based Scholler. (The remainder is in the hands of the Scholler family.) The ice cream company is also the sole owner of Eismann of Mettmann, the number two company in Germany's booming frozen food home delivery service.
