Mancini duffy is relocating to Union Square.
The architecture firm, whose office at 2 World Trade Center was destroyed on Sept. 11, signed a 10-year lease for 25,000 square feet at 39 W. 13th St. The asking rent was in the low $40s per square foot.
The space, formerly occupied by staffing-software firm Opus360 Corp., is fully built-out and has phones and furniture.
