AGL Resources
ATLANTA - AGL Resources Inc. hired INVESCO as semibundled provider for its $147 million 401(k) plan, said Tom Atwood, director of employee benefits. Previous provider Northern Trust was terminated because plan officials wanted additional features and services. The fund increased its investment options to nine from seven, not including the company stock fund, he said.
