Jan. 2--TWIN FALLS, Idaho--Portland, Ore.-based Elmer's Restaurants Inc. -- which has a pancake and steak house in Twin Falls -- saw lower second-quarter earnings for the 12 weeks that ended Oct. 15.
The company reported net income of $256,000, compared with $280,000 a year ago. Earnings per fully diluted share were 13 cents compared with 15 cents a year ago. Revenues for the quarter rose to a record $8.2 million from $5.5 million.
