MIAMI _ If Brock Berlin makes the smart decision, he could be the starting quarterback for the University of Miami against the University of Florida in 2003.
And if he were to throw a couple touchdown passes and prompt Steve Spurrier in turn to throw that visor . . . poetic justice on a football field.
