MeriStar Hospitality Corporation (NYSE: MHX), the nation's third largest hotel real estate investment trust (REIT), and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: MMH), the nation's largest independent hotel management company, today announced that the companies will release fourth-quarter financial results on Wednesday, January 30, 2002, before the market's opening. Both companies will hold conference calls on January 30 to discuss their results.
