More than 5 inches of snow is expected over portions of Hampton Roads, starting late tonight, as a coastal storm winds up, the National Weather Service said Tuesday.
Travel on Thursday may be treacherous with the region expected to be hit with the full range of wintry weather: rain, sleet, snow and mixes of them. Who gets what, and how much, will likely vary widely.
