Tarrant Apparel Group (Nasdaq: TAGS), a leading provider of private label casual apparel, today announced the promotion of Patrick Chow to Chief Financial Officer of Tarrant Apparel Group.
Mr. Chow, who previously served as Treasurer of the Company, will replace Scott Briskie, who has decided to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Briskie's resignation is effective immediately and he will remain with Tarrant on a consulting basis to assist with the transition and year-end reporting requirements.
