The challenges of successfully completing projects within an operations and maintenance environment have increased over the last 10 years. Many operations
have been producing at 100% capacity, leading to continuous decreases in maintenance cycles or downtime. In today's do-more-with-less corporate environments, maintenance staffs have experienced reductions in skilled personnel, as well as budget cuts.
