Arizona Targeted As No-Fault Battleground
Arizona will be "the next battleground" in the campaign for consumer choice no-fault auto insurance, which preserves the right to sue for those who want it, according to a leading supporter of the concept.
Arguing that "in many states the auto insurance system simply is not working," Professor James L. Brown, co-founder of Washington, D.C.-based Project New Start, said consumer choice no-fault could be the answer to consumer frustration and dissatisfaction.
