Nottingham basketball player Melvin Triche has had to do double duty.
The leading scorer for the Bulldogs spent the past two off-seasons honing his hoops skills and whittling 50 pounds off his 6-foot-3 frame.
Triche has transformed himself from a soft, 240-pound sophomore to a 210-pound junior, who scored just under 10 points per game, to a muscular, 190-pound senior co-captain who averages 19 points, rebounds well and plays all over the court ...
