ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- SIGMA Marketing Group, which has been part of Acxiom(R) Corporation since 1998, announces that it has been repurchased by a group of its senior managers. Terms were not disclosed.
"Being a part of the Acxiom Corporation for the past three-and-a-half years has been very rewarding particularly in terms of the strides we've made from technology and revenue standpoints," said Dennis Alongi, one of SIGMA's original founders and current leader. "Now, we're looking forward to taking this business to the next level as an independent company once more."
