ANAHEIM, Calif.-Despite criticism following last year's first National Floor Covering Month, the World Floor Covering Association has made few alterations to the campaign.
"I don't think that they promoted it well enough to the target audience, which is the consumer," said Peter Rincione, chief executive officer of Professional Trade Supply of Colorado, who was president of the National Association of Floor Covering Distributors last year. "I think the implications fell short of what their goals were."
