CORPORACION ANDINA DE FOMENTO (CAF), or Andean Development Corporation, is a multilateral financial institution that promotes sustainable development and regional integration in both the public and private sectors of Latin America and the Caribbean. CAF's principal shareholders are the five Andean nations: Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Other shareholders include Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Jamaica, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Trinidad and Tobago, as well as 22 private banks from the Andean region.
