Abstract
The investigators describe two validity studies on a self-report instrument that assesses occupation stressors in teachers of students with emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD). Center and Callaway (1999) developed the EBD Teacher Stressors Questionnaire (EBD-TSQ) to study the relationship between susceptibility to job related stressors and job commitment, injury by students, and personality in EBD teachers. This study will report the results of two new validation studies on the instrument.
