ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- CSG Systems, Inc. , a leader in customer care and billing solutions, today announced that it has secured a comprehensive, six-year customer care and billing agreement with Centennial Puerto Rico Cable TV Corp.
Beginning in early 2002, Centennial Puerto Rico Cable TV will use CSG core customer care and billing tools to meet the needs of its 95,000 subscribers in the Puerto Rico market. In addition to providing a suite of products and services, CSG will process, print and mail monthly customer statements to Centennial's customers.
