RESTON, Va. -- Former Virginia Attorney General and gubernatorial candidate Mark Earley has been named to head Prison Fellowship Ministries, the world's largest outreach to prisoners, effective February 1, 2002.
Prison Fellowship founder Charles W. Colson, who will remain chairman, said: "For four years we have been looking for two things--a president and CEO to succeed Tom Pratt, and someone who in due course will assume the responsibility I now have as principal spokesperson and leader of this ministry.
