SUNBEAM CORPORATION GETS NEW PRESIDENT & CEO; ALLEGHENY INTERNATIONAL, INC. BEGINS VOTING PROCESS FOR PLAN OF REORGANIZATION
PITTSBURGH, Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegheny International, Inc. (AI) (NYSE: AG) today announced that James D. Milligan has been elected president and chief executive officer of AI's Sunbeam Corporation, the subsidiary which encompasses AI's consumer products operating units. AI also announced that it has begun sending ballots to eligible creditors and shareholders for voting on its plan of reorganization.
