MCMILLIN COMMUNITIES CLOSES ESCROW ON 1,200-ACRE PARCEL
AT SCRIPPS RANCH NORTH
SAN DIEGO, Feb. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- McMillin Communities has closed escrow on a 1,200-acre parcel in North City for a master- planned community called Scripps Ranch North, announced Steve McGill, senior vice president of planning and acquisition for the home building firm.
Under terms of the sale, McMillin will jointly develop the Scripps Ranch North project under a partnership with BCE Development. McMillin will serve as managing partner.
