JAYCEES HONOR MIKE DUGGAN

Michael E. Duggan, deputy to Wayne County Executive Edward H. McNamara, will be honored as one of the Five Outstanding Young People in Michigan by the Michigan Jaycees during an awards banquet beginning at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, at the Novi Hilton, 21111 Haggerty near Eight Mile.

This prestigious award recognizes the contribution and achievement of a very select few individuals. It is being presented to Duggan during the Michigan Jaycee State Convention in Novi.

Duggan, a Livonia resident, has been a member of the Jaycees since 1983. The ...
