ON MARCH 4 AT MIAMI'S BAYSIDE MARKETPLACE

MIAMI, Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- VIP guests will rock the night away at the grand opening of Dick Clark's American Bandstand Grill on Sunday, March 4, at 8 p.m. at the Bayside Marketplace.

Dick Clark's American Bandstand Grill, an 8,500-square-foot entertainment restaurant, is a joint venture between Clark and Harman American Entertainment. It is located in Bayside's South Pavilion overlooking Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami.
