NEW YORK -- After 15 years in the same showroom/office space, table linen importer Lintex Linens is moving into a bigger space at 295 Fifth Avenue.
The new space, Suite 1705, is about 5,500 square feet, said Claude Litton, president of the Manhattan Properties Company, which owns 295. Located on the top floor, Lintex's new site includes 19-foot ceilings, a mezzanine for up to five offices, and the adjacent small showroom space next door. It was the former site of Ex-Cell Home Fashions' Madison Landing division, which moved down to Ex-Cell's sixth-floor space this past the summer.
