1990 PAYMENTS SYSTEMS EXCELLENCE AWARD WINNER
HERNDON, Va., Feb. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Treasurer Ann Richards was today named the 1990 Payment Systems Excellence Award winner by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). The award is given every year to individuals that have contributed to the development of electronic payments in the United States.
