Bancorp Rhode Island, Inc., announced today that Edward J. Mack and Karen Adams have been named to the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Mack and Ms. Adams also were named to the Board of Directors of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Bank Rhode Island.
