Cuba's Sugar Ministry has formed a trading company that may gradually take over the business from the Foreign Trade Ministry's Cubazucar, said business and Government sources, reports Reuters (Jan. 3, 2002). The always secretive Sugar Ministry and Cubazucar had no comment about the company, though a representative of a foreign company and two Government officials knew about it:
