MINNEAPOLIS -- The American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN) has published the first US clinical guidelines for the management of body temperature.(i) The society hopes that these guidelines will promote further guideline development and research related to the prevention of hypothermia, especially in pediatric and trauma patients.
