DES MOINES, Iowa -- Meredith Corporation , the Des Moines-based media and marketing company devoted to home and family, announced today that it will sponsor the 2002 Des Moines Symphony Alliance Designers' ShowHouse XI as part of its year-long celebration of the company's 100th anniversary. The showhouse, open to the public for three weeks beginning May 11, 2002, will be located in the South of Grand area of Des Moines, in an historic home once owned by E.T. Meredith, the company's founder.
For this benefit project, editorial and design teams from Meredith's outstanding stable of publications will renovate and decorate all of the home's 31 rooms. Publications ...
