IRVINE, Calif. -- BAX Global Inc. has brought aboard three industry veterans to spearhead its new expanded, global ocean services capabilities, it was announced today.
The management additions coincide with the company's expansion of its ocean forwarding services, including a new ocean consolidation product for U.S. importers.
The initial thrust of the new service will be the development of the Asia to U.S. market, according to Joey Carnes, president, BAX Global Inc., based here.
Ian Blackman, BAX's new vice president, Ocean Freight, Asia-Pacific, will lead the development of Asia to U.S. trade lanes. He reports directly to Steve Dearnley, ...
