The frenetic holidays have finally passed, so now seems a good time to throw a quiet, mellow party for friends.
And how about a theme? Maybe a wine and cheese party. Everyone likes wine and cheese, and the two certainly go together. This all sounds great, doesn't it?
But then it comes time to think about the specifics. That's when the fear sets in.
After all, wine and cheese both are pretty intimidating. Which cheese goes with a sauvignon blanc? Should you serve merlot or syrah? And what wine goes with a nice creamy bleu, after all?
This is scary stuff. Maybe it would just be better ...
