RICHMOND, Va.-Reynolds is turning up the heat in promoting its line of oven bags with a new marketing drive to encourage families to use the bags to cook together and skip messy stove-top cooking.
The company is sponsoring a program called the Dinner Party Project that teaches kids and their families how to cook using the oven bags. Reynolds is tapping into the trend of consumers seeking more convenient ways of cooking by showing how cleanup associated with stove-top cooking with traditional cookware can be avoided by using the bags.
